This course provides 14 hours for CILB licensed state contractors, & 16 hours for Miami Dade County licensed contractors, with the extra 2 made available at the end of the class for a $20 charge. Contractors must bring a photo I.D. and their contractor license when they sign in, plus $15 for lunch as we will be ordering in from a restaurant. Broward County licensed contractors need 1 additional hour on Chapter 9, also made available at class for an extra $20.
